Select events enable exhibitors and sponsors to collect attendee information on site via scanning of individual visitor badges.  This is done with delegate consent at the time, and information is collected for lead capture and direct marketing purposes.  An exhibitor or sponsor cannot force a delegate to have their badge scanned and an objection should be made at the time if required.

8.      COVIDSafe

The safety and wellbeing of our event participants is of paramount importance and remains our top priority. NSC22 will be held in a COVIDSafe Setting adhering to the State of Victoria's guidelines at the time of the event.

NSC22 has closely followed Victorian Government recommendations to develop COVIDSafe Guidelines for the event. These guidelines will be in place at the event and have been developed to ensure attendee health and safety. We will be continuously monitoring the Victorian Government recommendations and keep attendees appraised of any changes necessary to keep the event COVIDSafe.

All NSC attendees are required to register pre-event online (inclusive of: full name, mobile phone number and email).

Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, please ensure to follow the guidelines in the MCEC Visitor VenueSafe Plan and Conditions of Entry, as well as all Victorian laws and restrictions at the time of the event.

The NSC Tour sites and locations have individual Covid requirements and restrictions and this year to attend NSC Tour 2 (Sustainability in Sports Facilities and Surfaces) delegates must show proof of vaccination to attend this Tour.

If any attendee feels unwell or are showing symptoms, you are required to stay home and not attend the event. We thank you for your understanding.
