Welcome to the IGNSS2024 Conference Call for Papers Portal

  • Abstracts are being sought for presentation from government, industry & academia.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed and should receive an outcome.
  • Abstracts accepted for technical sessions are to be presented in person and cannot be done remotely.

ACADEMIC PRESENTATIONS
The abstract is a short, informative summary of no more than 200 to 300 words.
References should not be cited.
The abstract should not simply list the topics covered in the paper, but should:

  1. State the scope and principal objectives of the research
  2. Describe the methods used
  3. Summarise the results, and
  4. State the principal conclusions

The abstract will be the most widely read portion of the paper.

INDUSTRY / PROJECT BASED PRESENTATIONS
Your abstract should provide a brief description of the content you plan to present, bearing in mind that this information will be published in the online conference program.

We suggest that industry presentations attempt to go beyond a simple sales pitch. If the Conference Technical Chair feels that your abstract leans too far in this direction, an amendment may be requested or you may be directed to consider a sponsorship package that includes time in the Sponsor Spotlight session.

The Organising Committee invites and encourage presentations that highlight the novelty of new technologies, and provide R&D insight. We also encourage presentations that discuss interesting methodologies or applications. Early Career Researchers as well as Industry R&D are also encouraged to submit proposals to present their work.

Please feel free to submit multiple presentation proposals.

To start your submission set up a new account by clicking the "Create New Account" button at the bottom right hand side of this page. Enter in your email address, choose a password and submit your presentation proposal.

Make sure to save your login details - your email address and password - in case you want to update or change any of the details of your presentation proposal.

Please note that all questions marked with an asterisk - * - require an answer.

Any presentation proposals that exceed the word limit may not be accepted.

The closing date for submissions is 5pm on Wednesday 1st November 2023.
