Prices quoted are ex GST in Australian Dollars. On the payment page please NOTE that prices are shown included GST.
Payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa (1.75% surcharge), or you can request an invoice to organise a bank transfer.

Seating allocation is filled from the front of the room, in the order of receipt number on confirmed bookings. If you have a specific seating request, please outline below.
