Melissa is a dedicated leader in the realm of social impact and sustainability, currently serving as the Social Impact & Sustainability Manager at Hockey Australia. In this role, Melissa spearheads the organisation's Climate Sustainability Strategy, driving impactful initiatives to minimise environmental impact and promote sustainability within the sport of hockey. With a keen focus on fostering positive change, Melissa manages crucial social impact endeavours, including Hockey Australia's Reconciliation Action Plan. Through her leadership, she champions Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, ensuring that hockey is accessible and welcoming. Additionally, Melissa oversees project delivery for the Hockey Australia Foundation, harnessing the power of sport to make a meaningful difference in communities across the nation.

RJ has worked in aquatics for 20 years across local government, non-profits, aquatic facility management organisations and peak bodies.  RJ’s role focusses on industry development and capability, bringing industry, community and government organisations together to develop joint strategies and guidance, as well as advocating the industry's impact and importance. RJ oversees a number of functional portfolios at RLSSA including: Industry Safety, Training & Workforce Development, Education, Lifesaving Development & IT. RJ holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Social Impact - from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales.
