Details

The success of our sport and recreation eco-system is based on the capability and capacity of the people who work and volunteer within it. Post-Covid, the numbers of available staff and their interest in being involved has changed. The industry therefore needs to adapt as well, while planning for any future changes in the landscape. Understanding and considering what’s needed for the future will be integral to a successful workforce that we can retain.
