With a wealth of experience in the Australian sports industry, Ryan has worked in both commercial and philanthropic endeavours. In the role of Chief Partnerships Officer at the Australian Sports Foundation, Ryan is dedicated to working with the sports industry to raise funds to diversify revenues and create long-term sector sustainability.

Sport has had a significant impact on Olivia, both personally and professionally. She firmly believes that the positive power of sport brings people together and promotes a more inclusive, diverse and peaceful society through its universal values and principles. Olivia has had the opportunity to work across several sectors including education, local government, state and national sporting organisations (including the Australian Institute of Sport and Cricket Australia) and actively sets out to create high performing cultures where people feel empowered, trusted, supported and have the ability to shape their own work to ensure that they achieve the best possible outcomes. In 2021, Olivia was appointed as the first female CEO of Cricket ACT in its 101-year history, an achievement she is incredibly proud of. Olivia has also completed a Masters Program at the University of Canberra (Leadership and Management in High Performance Sport).
