Biography

Irina is a Senior Architectural Designer with over 20 years’ experience in sport stadiums, arenas, multi-functional complexes, ice hockey arenas, and sports parks. Working directly with clients, Irina develops solutions to optimise planning decisions and technological processes to increase the investment and operational attractiveness of the building. Irina’s professional focus revolves around the design of versatile arenas and stadiums, considering them as vital hubs within a community’s fabric. She recognises the transformative power of multi-functional arenas and stadiums, understanding their potential to bring diverse groups of people together and foster a sense of unity. Presently, Irina completed her doctoral studies, achieving a PhD in Architecture. Her research focused on Universal design in Architecture of a Stadiums.

Rebecca is a dynamic and accomplished sports industry executive with diverse experience in strategic management and community engagement. For over 20 years, Rebecca’s personal and professional journey has contributed to her breadth of experience in community sports and elite events nationally and internationally. Sport has been central to shaping Rebecca's character and values, making her a strong advocate for inclusion, integrity, and respect. As an athlete, she transitioned from school volleyball to senior Volleyroos by age 15, representing Australia over 14 years and gaining extensive leadership and teamwork experience. With tertiary qualifications in Psychology, an MBA focusing on change management, and extensive experience across complex management environments, Rebecca brings a unique blend of expertise and understanding to the industry.
