Biography

Nicole has held leadership positions across a range of national sporting organisations including Cycling, Cricket and Gymnastics, in the form of both Senior Management roles and Non-Executive Director positions. Over her career Nicole has worked with many elements of the sporting landscape, from grassroots participation, athlete and coach pathways through to high performance programs. Nicole has a strong understanding of sports governance, strategy and the commercial elements of sport. As the current CEO of Table Tennis Australia, Nicole aims to lead the organisation through creating genuine connections with people, in order to work collaboratively with the table tennis community to strengthen the sport and deliver great outcomes.

Biography

I am a proud Wotjobaluk/GunaiKurnai man with over 30 years' experience advocating for safe and inclusive environments for First Nations participation. This includes 17 years in State Government in roles with the Aboriginal Sport and Recreation Program and 3 years as the Aboriginal Programs Manager for the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Currently I am Manager of Cultural Experiences at the Koorie Heritage Trust delivering cultural competency and safety training workshops and managing guided cultural tours along the Yarra River, providing an urban Aboriginal cultural experience for visitors to Melbourne. I am a current board member of Basketball Victoria, sit on the Victorian Aboriginal Sporting Partnership Working Group and a member of the ASC’s Play Well Leadership Group.

Biography

Amy Ridley is an avid goalball athlete, having represented Australia at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics. Amy has also been a director of NSW Goalball for the last 2 years, helping the organisation achieve Sport NSW’s ‘Sporting Organisation of the Year’ in 2023. Outside of sport, Amy is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (Economics) at Macquarie University and working part-time as a paralegal.

Biography

A proven people and organisational leader, Jennah’s credentials, connections and expertise have seen her sit on both sides of the board table, and successfully navigate complexity and challenges. Jennah has held several leading executive positions, including General Manager Partnerships & Communication with Sport New Zealand and Chief Executive of the World Masters Games 2017. She was also an Independent Director of Cricket 2021 Limited (2021 ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup) and a Director of Regional Facilities Auckland. Currently Jennah is Chief Executive of the charitable trust Aktive whose vision is to make Auckland the most active city in the world as well as Deputy Chair of Tataki Auckland Unlimited and a Director of Perpetual Guardian Holdings.
