Biography

Chloe works at Sport New Zealand Ihi Aotearoa as Active Recreation Implementation Consultant, with a focus on promoting positive youth development, youth engagement and co-design. She has a background in dance, having trained professionally at Northern School of Contemporary dance (UK), and has experience in a number of roles relating to teaching, youth facilitation and inclusive practice. She is extremely passionate about authentic youth engagement and the role of physical activity in supporting wellbeing. Outside of work, she is currently studying for a postgraduate certificate in social and community leadership with the University of Auckland.

Biography

Tamatha Harding is Head of Tennis Delivery at Tennis Victoria and is on the board of Women Sport Australia. She is also a Consultant in Strategy and Project Planning, with more than 25 years of experience in the sport industry to inform programming, development and strategic projects for sporting and non-sporting organisations. In her time with Tennis Victoria, Tamatha has worked in a variety of roles, including Inclusion Lead, Project Leader of Female Participation, Special Projects Lead, Executive Manager of Community Tennis, and interim CEO. From 2017-21, Tamatha sat on the Darebin Women’s Advisory Committee, helping to advise Council on gendered issues and barriers to equality for women of diverse backgrounds. From 2008-12 Tamatha was a member of the Women’s Sport Advisory Group, which was set up by VicSport and Sport Recreation Victoria to represent women in sport and increase female participation.

Biography

Max recently graduated from La Trobe University with a bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in Sports management and minoring in HR. Max has a great passion for volleyball which drove him to form a volleyball club on campus at the university in 2018. This club has since grown to over 600 members and with 17 teams entered into the Victorian State League in 2023, is in the top 5 biggest clubs in Victoria. Max has recently commenced work in the Participation and development department at Bowls Australia where he manages the national participation program Jack Attack as well as the school’s program Rookie Rollers.
