Nick Mooney is the Managing Director of Gazelle Consulting. Nick has always loved schools and sport and the opportunities it can bring young people. This passion motivated him to establish Gazelle Consulting in 2020 after working in the space for 30+ years.
Gazelle Consulting specializes in Sport programs for Schools and Sporting Organisations. Before founding Gazelle, Nick spent ten years as Strategic Manger for School Sport Victoria and has spent a lifetime working in schools, school sport and professional sport.
Nick is also the Executive Director of a charity that supports young sports people from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, The Sports Excellence Scholarship Fund.

Mark McAllion is currently the Director at the Maribyrnong Spots Academy (MSA). Mark joined MSA in December 2016 and now has over 30 years of sports administration experience. He has a strong Game Development background which includes senior management positions at Cricket Victoria, Cricket Australia and Tennis Australia, and was the CEO of Softball Australia. Prior to joining MSA Mark was the CEO of Vicsport.
Mark has also been an active member on numerous industry committees including the School Sport Victoria Advisory Board, National Sport Research Agenda Advisory Group, VicHealth’s Physical Activity Advisory Committee, the Victorian Government’s Women’s Sport Taskforce and the Deakin University Exercise and Sports Science Advisory Board.

Kendall Clarke is an Assistant Principal at The Grange P-12 College in Hoppers Crossing and leads the Sports Science Academy Program that runs from Year 4 through to Year 12. With a passion in health, physical activity and creating opportunities for young people, Kendall was instrumental in the development of the program from its inception in 2018.
The program engages around 400 students annually and has shown incredible improvements in attendance, learning outcomes and motivation for schooling. The Sports Science Academy is the College’s flagship program and attracts positive community perception and links with organisations, fostering employment and educational opportunities for Student Athletes after Year 12. Through building a highly functioning leadership team, strong curriculum pathways, facilities and partnership programs, the Sports Science Academy is sustainable as it pursues academic and physical achievements for students in Melbourne’s West.
